Mock The Week also unearthed your pathological sexual obsession with Blue Peter’s Konnie Huq. I once mentioned her and then for some reason it got talked up as if it was pathological. Russell Howard said, like something out of a playground: ‘Ooh, you mention her a lot.’ Everyone started joining in and making jokes. After that, someone sent me a copy of FHM just because she was in it. It wasn’t from FHM or the publisher, just someone who’d thought Dara wants a copy of FHM because Konnie Huq’s in it.

Sounds a bit creepy. Yes, that’s a bit wrong.

Have you met her since, or is there a restraining order out? The first time I met her it was a little bit embarrassing. But it’s grand. I think she accepts that I don’t have a room filled with photos of her, like that scene in Alan Partridge. I don’t think she realised people were sending me photographs of her, though, which might freak her out.

"Brooker's BBC Four show Newswipe was nominated for best entertainment programme at the Bafta TV Awards at the weekend, but lost out to Britain's Got Talent."

This is from the BBC web site. Newswipe isn't a Entertainment show, it's about the the way news is edited and shown, it's just happens to be bloody entertaining as well. Don't these morons watch their own shows? Britain's got Talents just shit.

It also happens to be far more entertaining than any of the other award winning drivel.

I didn't say that, a BBC web page said that. I should also add Mr Brooker's found himself a bit of a hunny. There is hope for me yet.
