If it's not too much trouble can you go through all the images you've uploaded and add tags? Just browse your images and click on the thumbnails.

Images are now searchable but only on the tags so fill them in.

Edit:

no words longer than 3 letters you SUCK K! Minimal-length filtering is poncy and annoying; index everything, then work out via obscene popularity (i.e. 'the' appears in high frequency) later the words you need to explicity filter out.

Limited searches are my pet-peeve not being able to seach for something like "lol caption", "MC add" or "must not fap" makes baby jebus weep. We can't search for "sam"!

How does it handle compound/complex searches? "chippen fail" and "fail" both need to work whether the image is tagged "chippenfail" or "chippen fail".

Descriptions or metatags? I'm kinda doing both atm, adding keywords I might concievably want to search on ("ginger woman zombie apocalypse utopia" for example"). I've been adding "NSFW" to several of my pics (and probably Grids arse should be flagged "Not Safe For Viewing Ever"), might be worth adding a profile flag to not thumbnail/obscure-until-clicked NSFW images for those that want them hidden? Or a cookie flag for the current session, so people can exclude them while at work? eeeeeee I'm turning us into google
